Their Super Bowl win in Feb of 2020 came right before the world went into lockdown due to Covid, then for their back to back Super Bowl wins Biden was in office for both of their visits. Edit: it's also Kansas *City* and they're located in •Missouri•. At least until 2031 when the team hops the state line for a new stadium. |

There are very few teams that don't have anybody with an immigration background, so accepting the invite is basically saying that you have no problem when they deport your teammates with the only excuse being that they are immigrants... how can you be OK with that when that teammate just helped you win a trophy... |

And I'd also imagine that sending only the players who don't command those types of salaries and not the big stars is a really, really bad PR move for all parties involved. |
